Ingredients:
- Carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- Butter
- 1 tablespoon of oats
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 ginger
- 50 ml milk
- Chopped cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt
- 1 green chili
- 6 to 8 cups of water (depending on your preference)
- 5 coriander leaves (chopped finely)
Directions on how to prepare homemade vegetable soup:
1. In a pan, heat the butter.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste, then, fry.
3. Toss the vegetables, green chili, pour the water. Bring to a boil.
4. When the veggies are cooked, sprinkle the pepper powder.
5. In a bowl, mix the flour, oat and milk. Next, add the mixture to the soup. Lower the flame.
6. Add the coriander leaves.
7. After the soup boils, remove from the heat.
8. In another pan, fry the onions. Shortly, transfer it to the soup.
