Ingredients: The quantities of the items depend on the number of people who will eat.
- Lasagna noodles (cooked)
- Half kilo of ground pork or ground beef
- 1 cup sausage
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 5 gloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- Half cup of tomato paste
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- Basil leaves
- Pepper
- ¼ cup of all purpose flour
- ¼ cup of melt butter
- 1.5 cup of milk
- ½ cup of water
- Cheese (grated)
Directions: For meat sauce:
1. Ready the pan. Add these ingredients to the heated pan; ground beef, onion, garlic, sausage. Sautee them until they turned golden brown.
2. Pour the tomato sauce, paste and water. Allow to boil.
3. Once boil, toss the basil leaves, sugar and add the soy sauce.
4. Let it simmer for several minutes, before setting aside.For White Sauce:
1. In a casserole, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Pour the milk and water. Mix until the sauce consistency of the sauce changes. Next, add the cheese.
3. Allow to simmer. Then, set it aside.For baking the lasagna:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
2. Ready the baking dish by covering it evenly with butter.
3. Begin layering the pasta starting from the bottom. And then, spreading meat sauce and white sauce in between layers.
4. Cover the top with cheese.
5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for half an hour.
6. Let it cook for about 10 minutes
7. Serve
