Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 streaky bacon (diced) or rashers of un-smoked bacon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots (medium sized)
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs (dried)
- 1 can of chopped plum tomatoes (8 oz)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 pound Spaghetti pasta
- 1 can of water
- 4 tbsp of puree tomato
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions for cooking Spaghetti Bolognese:
1. Diced the carrots, onions, and garlic. Then, slice the bacon into smaller sizes.
2. Prepare the skillet, and pour the olive oil over it. Use medium heat for cooking.
3. Fry the bacon, garlic, onion, and carrots for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Toss the ground meat, and then cook until the beef turned to brown.
5. Add the tomatoes; pour some water using the can as the measurement.
6. Add the pureed tomato, ¼ cup of red wine.
7. Scatter some salt and pepper to taste.
8. Wait for the mixture to boil. Shortly, lower the heat, then; let it simmer for 25 minutes.
9. Using another pan, cook the spaghetti pasta based on the instruction given by the manufacturer. The time required for the pasta to cook may vary.
10. When the pasta is already done, drain the excess water.
11. Divide the pasta between plates.
