- Vegetable stock (700ml)
- 1 carrot (big)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare the beans.

3. In a pan, heat the butter, then; toss the vegetables (beans, carrots, onions).
4. Cook until they start to soften.
5. Add the vegetable stock. Allow to simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
6. Puree using blender.
