- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions for cooking baby carrots:
1. Mix the baby carrots, butter, sugar and salt in a pot large enough to fit all the ingredients.
2. Add enough amount of water. And bring it to a boil. When it boils, cover the pain with a lid. Lower the heat, then, allow the carrots to simmer for approximately 8 minutes.
3. After that, remove the lid, and increase the heat to medium. Let it cook for a few minutes until the water is absorbed.
4. Next, turn the heat off, and ready the cooked baby carrots.
5. Season the carrots according to your preference or pair it up with your favorite sauce.
