<strong>Step 8: </strong> Pour a tablespoon of oil, beat thoroughly on each addition. When the mixture starts to thicken, add more oil.  Continue mixing until the consistency becomes creamy.<br />
<strong>Step 9: </strong>Chopped the chicken meat, and then place in a bowl.  Add the grapes, blue cheese, pecans, and a cup of mayonnaise.<br />
<strong>Step 10</strong>:  Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well coated.  Add more mayonnaise if needed.  Place in the fridge until ready for serving.</p>

<li>4 eggs</li>
<li>4 egg yolks</li>
<li>3 tbsp marmalade (thin-cut)</li>
<li>1 vanilla pod (split, seeds scraped)</li>

<p>4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, caster sugar and yolks.</p>
<p>5. Shortly, in a saucepan, pour the thickened and thin creams, along with the vanilla seeds and pods.  Bring to a boil.</p>
<p>6. Pour the heated cream on the egg mixture.  Gently whisk until evenly mixed.</p>
<p>7. Strain the mixture over the layered bread slices.  Set it aside for at least half an hour.  This is done to make sure that the bread pudding will not be stuffy.</p>
<p>8. Preheat the oven to 355 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius</p>
<p>9. Put the baking dish over a big roasting pan.  Fill it with boiling water, just enough to cover half of the baking dish sides.</p>
<p>10. Loosely cover the dish with foil before placing inside the oven.  Bake for about 15 minutes</p>
<p>11. Afterwards, remove the foil, then, put back in the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.</p>
<p>12. While waiting, prepare the marmalade by heating it in the oven for 40 minutes, or over low heat for 2 minutes.</p>
<p>13. Remove the baking dish from the oven; spread the marmalade on top of the pudding using pastry brush.</p>
<p>14. Place in the oven for 2 minutes.</p>

<li>10 tablespoon of butter (unsalted)</li>
<li>1.5 cup yogurt (plain)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon flour (for unfrosted frozen berries)</li>
<li>1 tsp lemon peel (grated)</li>
<li>1 Tbsp baking powder</li>

<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.  Also, move the oven rack to the lower and middle part of the oven.</p>
<p>2. Whisk the baking powder, flour, baking soda and salt.  Set aside.</p>
<p>3. In a big bowl, mix the sugar, cream butter until fluffy, then; add one egg at a time.  Continue beating and toss in the grated lemon peel.</p>
<p>4. Stir half of the dry ingredients and add one third of the yogurt into the mixture.  Then, add beat the remaining half of the dry ingredients, as well as the remaining third of the yogurt. Make sure that you don’t over beat the mixture.</p>
<p>5.  Fold in the blueberries.  For frozen berries, thaw or defrost them first.  Remove the excess liquid.  Next, coat them by dusting with flour.</p>
<p>6. When baking, utilized the standard 12-muffin tins or cups.  Lightly coat each cup with butter, olive oil or any oil of your choice.  Apart from that, you may also use vegetable oil sprays for convenience.</p>
<p>7.  Equally distribute the muffin dough on each cup.  Bake the muffins for 30 minutes or until they turned golden brown.  To test if they are cooked, poke with a long toothpick at the center of the muffin.  It should come out dry and clean.</p>

<li>15 graham cracker squares</li>

<li>4 (8oz) packages cream cheese</li>

<li>15 cups mixed berries or sliced strawberries</li>
<li>1/2 cup sour cream</li>
<li>1/2 tsp vanilla</li>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>1. Warm the cream cheese until almost at room temperature.<br />
2. Preheat the oven to 365 F<br />
3. Place the graham crackers and cookies in a zip bag.  Using a rolling pin or other heavy object, smash the crackers and cookies until crumbled.  You may also directly place them in food processor.<br />
4. Add the butter and stir evenly<br />
5. Pack the bottom of the pan (10” x 3” sides) with the mixture.  Then, put inside  the freezer. <!-- ~~ads~~ -->

15. Cover the top evenly including the edges.  Place in the oven again for 5 minutes.<br />
16. Remove the pan, and cool the cheesecake for 2 hours.  Shortly, add the berries before refrigerating.</p>
