Ingredients:
• ½ kg to 1 kg of raw mahi mahi
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 4 tbsp water
• 2 tsp grated ginger
• 2 tsp crushed garlic
Directions:
1. Slice the raw fish into fillets, then, season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine water, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, garlic, and grated ginger.
2. Place the fillets in the bowl and leave it for half an hour. While marinating, place the fish in the fridge.
3. After 30 minutes, place the marinated fillets in a baking sheet. Save the marinated sauce for later use.
4. Preheat the broiler, and cook the broiler for 5 minutes.Turn the fish on
the opposite side and cook for another 5 minutes. While waiting, boil the remaining marinated sauce in a skillet until it reduces to a glaze.
